## Description

How many rows of a `DesktopTable</api/user_interface/desktop/desktoptable>` stay pinned while the rows between them scroll vertically.

The object is handed out by `DesktopTable.FrozenRows<desktoptable.frozenrows>` and is always the same instance. <span class="title-ref">Top</span> pins that many rows below the column header, <span class="title-ref">Bottom</span> pins that many rows above the lower edge - useful for a totals row.
